Jim Heard is a trial lawyer with over three decades of experience.  Jim specializes in obtaining and defending land use entitlements for wireless telecommunications companies. He has litigated dozens of cases in state and federal court under the federal Telecommunications Act and California land use law.  Jim has also represented business and property owners in civil litigation involving a wide range of issues, including intellectual property, partnership disputes, slander of title, and breach of contract.

 

Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University, summa cum laude, and graduated from Stanford Law School.
