Sarah Burbidge has been a partner in the firm since shortly after it was founded.  She specializes in telecommunications land use, advocacy before permitting authorities, landlord disputes, and access rights.

 

Sarah received her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley (with distinction), and her J.D. from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly.  Before entering private practice, she clerked for the California Supreme Court, serving Chief Justice Rose Bird on Bird’s Central Staff.  Her pro bono representation has included work for the Family Caregiver Alliance and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel.
